Concept & Detailed Design
Following our home visit, we will send a proposal outlining our services, fees and everything we can bring to your project. If you decide to move forward with us overseeing your project, it's then time for us to get to work- leveraging our expertise and your vision, we meticulously develop a comprehensive design concept.
This phase covers everything required to move your project from concept to completion, guiding you through all design decisions and producing all documentation required for your trade team to make the design a reality.

On-site Project Coordination
We understand that meticulous project management is crucial for a successful transformation. Many of our clients are often time-poor, and don't have the capacity to oversee a renovation - which is where we come in.
Our services extend beyond design, encompassing comprehensive contractor and supplier coordination, quality control and timeline management, on-site supervision and problem-solving, as well as strong and regular communication with you throughout.

Installation and handover
To complete a project to a high standard that you will be proud of, we also ensure a strong installation process and subsequent handover.
This includes expert styling and finishing touches, handover of any documentation as required, and post-project support, including any follow up required throughout the snagging period.
