Despite lots of listed-building related restrictions to the works - including being unable to remove floor and wall tiles and window sills, and not being able to fit faceplates in various areas - the flat was successfully transformed from two adjoining flats owned by the clients, turning them into 1 large flat for themselves, and a second smaller flat to be rented out as an investment property. This project was completed with Absolute Project Management.
